The Challenge
Galway County Council needed a range of branded merchandise to support the Healthy Ireland initiative—specifically focusing on encouraging physical activity through local walking and outdoor activity groups.
The products had to reflect the campaign’s core values of wellbeing, inclusivity, and community engagement, while also being practical, memorable, and winter-friendly.




The Solution
Fluid managed the project end-to-end, from creative to customs. Our in-house studio provided artwork guidance to federations worldwide, with redraw services offered when necessary. We collected detailed delivery data, coordinated with production teams, and handled all shipments DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to ensure each federation received their kits in time, no matter the location or complexity.
Impact
The campaign merchandise delivered on every front. Participants appreciated the functional and thoughtful items, which served as everyday reminders of the Healthy Ireland message. The branded stress balls supported mental wellbeing, while pedometers and bottles helped reinforce hydration and movement goals.
