Here at Fluid, we totally love our customers - and we'd like to say an extra thank you for your business, and reward you for staying loyal to us! That's why we created Fluid Rewards. It allows you to earn points simply by placing orders with us. The more orders you place the more points you earn... simple!
You can use your points to redeem a reward from our massive range of goodies - including gift vouchers, gadgets, books, spa days, adrenaline pumping experience days, or you can choose to donate your points to charities!
How do I register?
To get signed up, just follow the instructions below - we'll do the rest. The next step is to create fantastic promotions with our branded merchandise, and watch the points roll in!
When do I get my points?
When your order is completed and invoiced, we'll allocate your points to your Rewards account. You'll get a notification email to let you know when we've allocated your points.
How long do points last?
Points are valid for 24 months from the date of award. We will send you points expiry reminder emails prior to their expiry date.

Rewarding Referrals
Do you know a friend or colleague who would love to earn points on their Fluid purchases too?
Refer them to Fluid Rewards, and you will both receive an extra 2000 reward points when they place their first order and start earning!

Getting signed up to Fluid Rewards
It's dead easy to get signed up to Fluid Rewards. You'll automatically get invited during the order process when you order with us - but if you'd prefer to join sooner, then just send an email to rewards@fluidbranding.com with the following details:

Your full name (first and last)

Your company name (so we know where you work)

Your work email address (so we can send you the invite)

Your postal address, including postcode (so we know where to send your treats!)

Your telephone number (in case we need to contact you about your rewards)
That's it. We'll then send you an invite so you can get signed up and start earning rewards!
