The Challenge
Galway County Council needed a range of branded merchandise to support the Healthy Ireland initiative—specifically focusing on encouraging physical activity through local walking and outdoor activity groups.
The products had to reflect the campaign’s core values of wellbeing, inclusivity, and community engagement, while also being practical, memorable, and winter-friendly.




The Solution
Fluid delivered a full-service solution including product sourcing, design, and production of co-branded merchandise, online advertisements, and printed point-of-sale assets like posters and ceiling hangers.
We built and launched a dedicated merchandise portal tailored to NVIDIA’s European partner network, making it easy for users across different regions to order materials.
We also managed warehousing, logistics, and multilingual distribution to ensure a seamless rollout.
Impact
The online merchandise platform launched to over 15,000 end users and received an overwhelmingly positive response.
The success of the portal not only strengthened NVIDIA’s market presence but also inspired additional PR and future plans to expand the platform’s reach into multiple languages—extending the brand’s visual and strategic impact across Europe.
