The Challenge
Galway County Council needed a range of branded merchandise to support the Healthy Ireland initiative—specifically focusing on encouraging physical activity through local walking and outdoor activity groups.
The products had to reflect the campaign’s core values of wellbeing, inclusivity, and community engagement, while also being practical, memorable, and winter-friendly.




The Solution
Fluid acted quickly to manage logistics and legal compliance. When DEFRA and APHA required seed passport numbers on every box, we updated the breakfast box artwork in collaboration with Nestlé’s design agency.
This ensured that 90,000+ seed packets could be packaged and shipped across Europe without delays.
