ILM is the leading specialist provider of leadership qualifications in the UK and is part of City & Guilds Group.

The Brief:

The Institute of Leadership & Management presented Fluid with a very specific brief. They wanted to produce notebooks with bespoke insert pages in line with the launch of the new ILM brand. These notebooks were to be used to encourage colleagues to get on board with and understand the new vision. We worked with ILM to help them engage employees across the different business units within the City & Guilds Group and to get them excited and engaged with ILM's new brand launch.

The Challenge:

There was a very tight timescale due to the brand launch,also the client required bespoke insert pages to communicate their new brand identity.

The Solution:

Our Sales Manager, Amy had to work quickly to find the notebook that the ILM were looking for. With her guidance they opted for a good quality notebook that included the option to create bespoke insert pages. Making sure the bespoke pages were designed and printed in time for the brand launch wasn't easy as it was fast approaching. Amy, however was able to get everything designed, approved and printed all in time for the brand launch.

The Results:

The products arrived on time to be given out to colleagues throughout the business as part of the new brand launch. The bespoke pages were just as ILM imagined and they were delighted with the results. Chloe Jones, Communications Executive Marketing & Communications at ILM said,
