ILM, the UK’s leading provider of leadership qualifications, needed a tangible, well-designed product to support the internal rollout of their new
brand identity.
With a fast-approaching launch deadline, the key challenge was delivering a high-quality notebook featuring bespoke insert pages to help communicate the brand vision and engage employees across the City & Guilds Group.




The Solution
Fluid sourced a premium notebook with full customisation options, including the ability to insert branded pages that told the story of ILM’s refreshed identity.
Working closely with ILM’s team, our merch consultants ensured every detail, from notebook selection to bespoke print design—was finalised, approved, and delivered on time, despite the tight turnaround.

The branded stress balls supported mental wellbeing, while pedometers and bottles helped reinforce hydration and movement goals.
