Tell us more about you and what you do?
Snap Products was founded in 2008 by Managing Director James Cleere, building upon considerable experience in the print and promotions industry. We quickly established ourselves as digital printing trailblazers, investing heavily in the emerging technology long before other suppliers saw the potential of digital as a branding method for promotional products. We developed printing techniques suited to a wide range of materials, surfaces, and products, not afraid to make a substantial investment to achieve an unrivalled print offering.
With large volumes of stock held and branded in-house, and standard lead times starting from 3-5 working days, Snap Products invest in the latest machinery, products, and printing techniques, remaining a pioneer in the promotional product industry.
Ethical sourcing, our impact on the environment, and corporate and social responsibility are considerations that influence everything we do, to ensure that long-term sustainability for our society and planet is not compromised by short-term policies.
We offer a large range of products manufactured either in-house or sourced in the UK and hold a Made in Britain accreditation.
What products are on your hotlist at the moment?
The Mood® Collection launched in 2019 and rapidly became well-known as a high-quality brand offering reusable branded drinkware, notebooks, and stationery. Our newest addition, Mood® Motivation Cards are designed to inspire, welcome, or make someone smile. Each card displays a motivational message, perfect for onboarding, work-from-home packs, thank you gifts and mental health initiatives. Choose from a box of 10 or 20 cards, available in a colourful mix or based on one of the 23 Mood® colours that best match your corporate branding. Add your logo or marketing message to the front or reverse of the box and to the front of each card. The entire product, including the box, is manufactured in-house from FSC® certified card and printed in vibrant full colour. We were delighted to have received the Product of the Year Award at Fluid Branding’s latest annual Fluid Friends Awards for the Mood® Vacuum Bottle, making the Mood® trio award-winning, with the notebook and pen duo having won the BPMA’s Platinum ‘Desk Product of the Year’ award earlier in the year.
Our face mask range has grown and evolved to include disposable,budget-friendly, branded, re-usable, and antimicrobial options. The evolution of the range has been led by customer demand, and face masks have quickly become one of our top 10 selling products.
Hand sanitisers have always been popular for us but over the last year have become one of our hottest products. After months of research and development, we launched our in-house manufactured, HSE licensed hand sanitiser brand, biofree®. The ever-expanding range is available with clear or coloured liquid and contains 75% alcohol WHO recommended formulation. Offered in travel size, desk-top friendly and large containers.
Tell us about your relationship with Fluid?
We have been working with Fluid Branding for a number of years, but the relationship has really strengthened over the last 18 months with more and more interaction with the whole Fluid team. Daily communication with the Supplier Relationship Manager makes getting information to the team a lot easier and Fluid Branding’s company values very much reflect our own.
What are you doing to make a positive impact on our industry?
We collaborate and work very closely with our distributors, our sister company, The Pen Warehouse, and other key industry figures and associations to host webinars and educational training sessions. Our aim is to go beyond the product, offering business support as well as innovative ideas to grow your business. We also offer extensive marketing support through our digital marketing assets, high-quality product images, infographics, video, and blog content.
Sustainability and ethical sourcing are very important to us and we are on a continuous journey to reduce the environmental impact we have. We have adopted a three-step approach which is to research before taking action, implement change once due diligence has been finalised, and publish the truth whether it be good or bad.
Just some of the steps we have taken and implemented in our factory and offices are: sensored LED lighting, 80KW solar panels on our remote warehouse which provides surplus electricity to the grid, compacting and recycling of all cardboard, in-house distillation of all spent solvents, and the introduction of 100% recyclable paper sleeves and packaging tape.
