We’ve interviewed our Account Manager Jemma Kent to give you a taste of Fluid Branding life and an insider perspective of what works in the world or promotional marketing!
Describe yourself in three words
Ambitious, Creative, Team-player.
If you could put the Fluid Branding logo anywhere on Earth to advertise, where would you put it?
Somewhere extreme like the moon – we like to be noticed!
If you could supply promo merchandise to any brand in the World, who would be your dream client?
Probably a travel agent like Thomas Cook or First Choice – in the hope of networking abroad!
If you were a promotional product, what would you be and why?
I would be a Power Bank so that I could go to all the festivals and rave around the world – for free!
What’s the biggest challenge facing customers when ordering promo goods?
One of the biggest challenges is when they have a really big budget with a very short lead time. (As many premium products have a longer lead time.) Either that or when they have no spec at all, and then we need to do a bit of digging!
If you could choose any movie to promote Fluid Branding, what movie and why?
Something like Wolf of Wall Street as it’s all to do with selling your brand and making lots of money, which is what we’re here to help businesses do!
What’s the most unique order you’ve ever taken?
Plush black horses for Lloyds TSB.
What is the most popular question you are asked by customers?
What is the lead time?
Which promo goods do you think are going to be most popular in 2015?
Anything ‘gadgety’ – everyone loves gadgets!
What is your favourite pen and why?
The Tokyo Ballpen – it has a nice matte finish and looks really unique – I like the engraving finish on the pen also.
Which promo good/s do you think are best for conferences and why?
Mints, water, energy drinks, conference folders, USBs, pens and notebooks.
