Last Friday three of our lovely members of staff, Ross, Hayley and Amy went off to visit one of our suppliers, SPS Ltd, where they got to see firsthand how some of our products are made as well as making their very own promotional products!
As a distributor in the industry, it's a rare occasion we get to see the final result of all our hard graft (apart from our very messy sample cupboard!). We get our promo product requests in, and we source the perfect supplier to make sure our customers get what they wish for.
We are the middle-men, the go-betweens, or as I like to believe; the matchmakers.
But, on Friday 11th May, Ross, Hayley and Amy were treated to a trip up country', all the way to Blackpool!
Flying in around lunch time, they meet-ed, greeted and mingled with other distributors before meeting the friendly SPS team.
Kicking off with a factory tour, they got to see the diligent devices that create our products whilst meeting all the industrious workers on the factory floor.
After viewing a selection of promotional best sellers such as mugs, paper products, key rings, mouse mats, and bags, they got to try it out for themselves. Not only did they get to pad print a pen, and screen print a bag (terms I've merely only heard about) but they got to make their very own Rubik's cubes!
And after a busy and hard-working day they were treated with a champagne toast before they were sent on their way home.
Now that's what I call a good end to the week!
