Fluid Branding has achieved double success by attaining certification to both ISO 9001 and ISO14001, the international Quality and Environmental Management System standards, placing the South West company in an elite group of promotional merchandise suppliers.

Following rigorous audits, leading UK promotional products company Fluid Branding, based in St Austell, Cornwall has been formally certificated by Independent European Certification Ltd, a UKAS accredited certification body. During the audit process, Fluid Branding demonstrated that their Quality and Environmental practices are maintained at the highest level.

"We have shown that remaining price competitive in these challenging financial times doesn't mean compromising on quality or environmental issues" said Matt Franks, company director. "This excellent achievement is testament to the quality and pride our staff take in everything they do".

"We decided to have a UKAS accredited body carry out the certification process" explained Matt. "We work with a number of high profile corporate and government bodies that only recognise ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification if they have been audited by a UKAS accredited and independent third party" said Matt.

"The pleasing thing was that we barely had to change our internal processes at all" he continued. "The auditors praised our internal management systems, going so far as to say they ranked among the best they'd seen".

The ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards require a company to demonstrate their internal processes and systems, ensuring they maintain consistently high levels of quality and environmental management. Part of this process ensures they must continually look to measure, maintain and improve the management systems on an ongoing basis.

Clients of Fluid Branding will be pleased to have the added reassurance these certifications provide. Fluid Branding have established themselves firmly as a leader in the UK promotions industry in recent years, and the ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications reinforce their commitment to quality and environmental issues.
