The Trusted Service Awards were created by Feefo and are awarded to businesses that use Feefo to collect genuine ratings and reviews. As all the awards are based purely on the interactions with verified customers, the accreditation is a unique badge of honour that we are very proud of.
We met the criteria for Gold Trusted Service by collecting over fifty reviews during 2016, whilst also maintaining a service rating of between 4.5 and 5.0.
