As of 1st July, Ofcom changes mean that:

"The way companies advertise 08, 09 or 118 telephone numbers
from 1 July 2015 is particularly important. They’ll be responsible
for ensuring the service charge is clearly visible on all
advertising and promotional materials. For broadcast advertising,
Ofcom has proposed announcements in the following format:

Calls cost [service charge – Xp or Xp per minute] plus
your phone company's access charge.
"
Basically wherever a 08, 09 or 118 number is advertised, Ofcom would like you to include the relevant service charge alongside the number.

This has lead many companies (including us!) to change their numbers to friendlier 0345 or 0333 numbers which are included in mobile call allowances and charged at the same rate as landline 01/02 numbers.
**1 x free origination charge per order up to a maximum value of £50 on any new order placed before 31/07/15 - Please quote Promo Code 0847FREE at the time of enquiry**
