With Fluid Branding, ordering your promotional products couldn't be easier. The process of getting the right promotional merchandise where and when you need it comes down to just a few simple steps. We'll guide you all the way, but here's a breakdown of the steps so you can keep track of where we're at...


1) Request Your Quote


Browse our website for great product ideas, and click the button to request a quote. Alternatively contact us to discuss your requirements or if you're in need of inspiration.

To avoid any confusion, we'll supply you with a prompt, accurate quotation. This provides all the information you need to make an informed decision. If you need any further details, simply reply to your account manager who will respond quickly to your questions.

To make it easy, we also include an 'Order Now' button on your quote to take you straight to step 2 »


2) Place Your Order


Once you are happy to proceed, click the button straight from your quote and you will be prompted for any further information needed to place your order. We pride ourselves on great communication, and we'll keep you updated every step of the way.

We will confirm your order in writing, along with delivery details and costs.

You can login and track your order through the “Customer Lounge” area of our website, which provides up to date information on your order at all stages, and allows you to communicate directly with the team.

Most of the promotional product orders we deal with require bespoke artwork, and that's where our in-house studio comes in »


3) Artwork Approval


With experienced designers working right alongside your account manager, we process your artwork exactly to your requirements. Visual proofs are supplied to you on PDF within an industry-leading average of just 2 hours, meaning you can see exactly what you've ordered, and giving you the opportunity to make any last minute amends if necessary.

Standard artwork and proofs are provided free of charge as part of our service to you, however we can also help with more in-depth design and creative services at an additional cost. Speak to your account manager if you're interested in our full design or marketing services.

4) Production of Goods


Sitting behind your account manager is an experienced production and logistics team making sure your promotional products are produced to a high level, branded and delivered on time and on budget.

With ISO 9001 quality systems in place and as one of just a handful of BPMA Charter companies, you can be assured we have the people and systems in place to safely handle the production process with minimal fuss. You can read how our quality certificaions guarantee our service to you here.

Whether it's a simple one-colour print delivered in the UK, or fully bespoke merchandise delivered to multiple locations around the world, this is the core of what we do and we're proud to do it exceptionally well.

As ever, communication is key and we'll keep you posted regularly as to the status of your order. We'll then let you know when the goods have been despatched, providing you with full tracking details should you need them.

5) Receive Your Order


You'll be notified when your goods have been despatched to you, but we'll also contact you on the day to make sure you're happy with them. It's really important to us that they arrive promptly and meet or exceed your expectations. That way you're likely to come back to us for your next promotion!
